With over 100 dishes to indulge with your family and friends or business associates, there will be 6 food counters and 17 action stalls offering a variety of local delights from appetizer, main courses, side dishes and desserts. The team of culinary experts led by chef Hafizal Ishak has curated an array of authentic local dishes for guests’ dining pleasure. Main dishes include Nasi Briyani, Ayam Masak Merah, Daging Masak Lemak Cili Api, Sambal Udang, Mussle Kam Heong, Gulai Ketam Nenas and Chinese Style Mixed Vegetable – to name a few.
If you fancy Malaysian street food, you may head to Satay Station, Roti John and Murtabak
Stall, Mee Rebus Stall, Sup Soto Stall and Warung Celup Tepung which features Pisang
Goreng, Ubi Keledek, Cucur Sayur and Cekodok Pisang.
Crowd’s favorites will be Grilled Station featuring Roasted Whole Lamb with BBQ, Mint and
Black Pepper Sauce and Bakar-Bakar Station featuring Ikan Keli, Ikan Talapia, Ikan Cencaru, Daging Bakar and Ayam Bakar with Thai Sauce and Air Asam.
Wok Station offers guests delicious from-the-wok Mee Goreng Mamak and Char Kuey Teow.
You also wouldn’t want to miss Asam Pedas Claypot Melaka Stall with menu choices such as
Ayam, Ikan Kembong, Daging and Mussels.
Pasta Station Live Stall makes delicious Aglio Olio, Carbonara and Bolognese with your own choice of spaghetti.

Ice Cream Malaysia, Chocolate Fountain, Tropical Fruits, Asoorted Cakes, Tarts and
